WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
We arrive at the scheduled time to conduct a brief walk-around with the homeowner. Here we'll note any special instructions (fragile plants, fenced in dog, angry ferrets, etc.) and together determine any price adjustments prior to beginning. You'll be invoiced upon completion via email within one business day. Payments can be made via check, or by credit card online.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
With hand tools, towels, ladders and extension poles, we clean glass windows in working order.
Our purified water system is used on exterior units. It works quietly off the pressurized water from an on-site spigot.
We pressure-wash flatwork, walks, and approaches with gas powered machines.
Soft-cleaning services are offered for your homes siding, and for less durable vertical surfaces. Soft-brushes and mild detergents are rinsed thoroughly.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE GOING ON MY WINDOWS?
We're into products which are simple to use, hard on grime, and non-toxic to family members and pets. These ingredients include water, vinegar, and soap. With a little elbow grease, these wonderful concoctions makes for beautiful, sparkle-clean windows!
